Re: MileOne Automotive Harassment Policy and Online Training Program

MileOne is committed to maintaining a work environment that is free from unlawful harassment. In keeping with this commitment, the company will not tolerate harassment of its employees by anyone, including any manager, non-management employee, customer, visitor or vendor. A complete copy of the company’s Harassment Policy is available in your Employee Handbook found under the “Human Resources” tab at www.hrconnection.com.

As part of MileOne’s ongoing dedication to maintaining a work environment that is free from all forms of unlawful harassment, we are requiring that all employees complete the online training program. This video is designed to remind you about the company’s harassment policy. All employees are required to complete this annual recertification training by no later than August 31, 2017. If you do not have access to a computer, please notify your Supervisor or Human Resources Generalist and arrangements will be made for you to use a company computer to complete the training.

Click here for instructions on how to logon to the Fred Pryor website. The instructions will also walk you through how to pull your username from Workday to login to the site. Everyone in the company will use the generic password Mileone.

If you have any questions or encounter any technical difficulty in accessing the Fred Pryor website or completing the training program, please contact your HR Generalist for assistance.

Thank you for your support of the company’s commitment to maintaining a work environment that is free from unlawful harassment.

Sincerely,

Scott Fader
